Tenancies are usually for 7 nights commencing on Saturdays at 3pm and terminate on Saturdays at 10am in Peak Season. Extra days, as available, are charged pro-rata to the weekly tariff. Weekend 3 night breaks are available, subject to availability – apply for details. No pets, no smoking. Unfortunately the accommodation is not suitable for disabled visitors or wheelchair users. Young children may require supervision because of narrow stairs. A small charge per day is charged for electricity and gas in winter periods.

A booking/security deposit of £45 per week (or as applicable) is charged on booking. This deposit is refundable at the end of the holiday period subject to any breakages or damages. In the event of a cancellation this deposit can be returned if we are to re-let the property. The balance to be paid 28 days prior to the commencement of the holiday. If the commencement is less than 28 days please remit the total amount.
