The clean and spacious apartment comprises:

Entrance hallway to private door leading up a flight of stairs to the landing. The kitchen/diner, at the rear of the property, has a window overlooking the church and the river, is fully carpeted with a range of floor and wall units, an electric cooker and hob, a microwave oven, refrigerator and built-in washing machine. There is a pine table with 4 chairs ideal for family meals and, of course, we provide a kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all of the cutlery and utensils you might need. An ironing board and iron is also provided.

At the front of the apartment is a wonderfully large light lounge with a period window and window seat overlooking Fore Street. This room, containing original beams, is tastefully decorated and there are some interesting original pictures and maps of Topsham and Devon.

A television, with Freeview digital and a DVD player are fitted. There is also a feature electric fire that can be used if necessary on cooler mornings and evenings. Our library of local reference books, novels and games always proves popular with our guests and you will also find plenty of information on attractions and places to go in the area. Sofa, chairs and armchairs, coffee table, CD player.

Leading off the landing is a separate WC and as you approach the bedrooms, the fully fitted tiled bathroom with wash hand basin, bath and electric thermostatic shower is conveniently close.

Deceptively, when viewed from the outside, the bedroom area actually extends further across the property. The main double bedroom is reached through a small corridor from the landing and also features a period window and window seat overlooking the main street. Double bed, bedside tables and lights, dressing table and wall length mirrored wardrobe with ample storage space.

The second bedroom is also at the front of the property, with a period window. Single bed that easily converts to 2 singles, bedside table and light, ample chest of drawers.

The property is fully carpeted throughout with co-ordinated curtains and furnishings.

Car Parking: Restricted (9am - 5pm) on street parking but there are 4 paying car parks close to hand. The car parks at Tapper’s Close, Matthews Hall, The Quay and Holman Way allow free parking from 5pm to 9am.  This maybe subject to changes in 2011 due to possible ECC policies.
